1. Products & Availability
All parts listed or quoted are subject to availability from our supplier network. We reserve the right to modify prices, correct errors, or cancel orders for parts that are out of stock or mispriced.
2. Quotes & Orders
Quotes are valid for the period stated at the time of quoting. Orders are confirmed only after payment is received and stock is verified with our supplier.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are in USD unless otherwise noted and do not include applicable taxes, shipping, or handling. Payment must be received in full before parts are shipped.
4. Shipping
We ship nationwide across the United States. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.
5. Returns & Warranty
Warranty terms vary by part and supplier and are provided at the time of purchase. Return requests must be initiated within the warranty window. Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the part was shipped incorrectly or arrived defective.
6. Fitment Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate vehicle information (year, make, model, VIN, and part number where applicable). Parts Connect is not liable for incorrect fitment due to inaccurate information supplied by the buyer.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Parts Connect LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific part in question.

All content on this website — text, graphics, logos, images — is the property of Parts Connect LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Bexar County, Texas.
