1. Products & Availability

All parts listed or quoted are subject to availability from our supplier network. We reserve the right to modify prices, correct errors, or cancel orders for parts that are out of stock or mispriced.

2. Quotes & Orders

Quotes are valid for the period stated at the time of quoting. Orders are confirmed only after payment is received and stock is verified with our supplier.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in USD unless otherwise noted and do not include applicable taxes, shipping, or handling. Payment must be received in full before parts are shipped.

4. Shipping

We ship nationwide across the United States. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns & Warranty

Warranty terms vary by part and supplier and are provided at the time of purchase. Return requests must be initiated within the warranty window. Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the part was shipped incorrectly or arrived defective.

6. Fitment Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate vehicle information (year, make, model, VIN, and part number where applicable). Parts Connect is not liable for incorrect fitment due to inaccurate information supplied by the buyer.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Parts Connect LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific part in question.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — text, graphics, logos, images — is the property of Parts Connect LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Bexar County, Texas.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. SMS Terms and Conditions

By opting into SMS from a web form or other medium, you are agreeing to receive SMS messages from Parts Connect. This includes SMS messages for customer care such as requested part quotes, answering fitment questions for specific vehicle makes/models, sending order status, and shipping tracking updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. See privacy policy at https://partsconnectauto.com/privacy. Message HELP for help. Reply STOP to any message to opt out.

By providing your mobile phone number and voluntarily checking the SMS consent checkbox on our Request a Part form, you agree to receive text messages from Parts Connect LLC ("Parts Connect"). The checkbox is optional — you can submit the form whether or not you check it. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue SMS communications to any number at our discretion. You must provide your own mobile phone number; pre-checked boxes or numbers provided by third parties are not accepted as consent.

4. Potential Fees for SMS Messaging

Standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier's pricing plan. These fees may vary if the message is sent domestically or internationally.

5. Opt-In Method

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Parts Connect by submitting an online form and voluntarily checking the SMS consent checkbox.

6. Opt-Out Method

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time. To do so, simply reply "STOP" to any SMS message you receive. Alternatively, you can contact us directly to request removal from our messaging list.

7. Help
